Who we are

Dosewell Studio is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. You can reach us at hello@dosewellstudio.com.

What we collect and why

When you send the start form, we collect your name, brand email, role, brand website, product category, monthly ad spend and anything you write to us. If you become a client, the onboarding form also collects details about your product, buyers, brand rules and ad results, and, only if you choose to give it, read-only access to your ads account. We use them only to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. The legal basis is your request and the steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we don’t sell or share your data for marketing.

Who processes it

The website and its form are hosted by Netlify, and our email runs on Google Workspace. Both act as processors under data processing agreements and may handle data outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR requires.

How long we keep it

Briefs that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@dosewellstudio.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Portugal that is the CNPD.

AI-generated content

The people, products and scenes in our work are generated with AI. Work for the fictional brand FENVO is concept work and does not depict real customers or real results.
