These terms apply to every plan, add-on and free ad from Dosewell Studio. By paying for a plan or sending the onboarding form, you agree to them. Questions: hello@dosewellstudio.com.

1. What we provide

Each plan includes a fixed number of video ads, hook variations and product visuals per month, as listed on the pricing page on the day you subscribe. A video ad is up to 15 seconds; a 30-second ad counts as two. A hook variation is a new first 3 seconds for an existing video. Product films, longer formats and extra languages are add-ons or quoted per brief.

Allowances are per billing month. Unused videos, hooks or visuals do not carry over to the next month.

2. The free ad

The free ad is a concept: one short video ad of your product, usually in UGC style, with a written review of your live ads. It is free, with no obligation, and limited to one per brand. We make it for brands with a live store that already run paid ads; if a request does not fit, we reply with a written review instead. Files carry a small "Concept for" watermark with your brand name. You may use the concept ad internally; using it in paid ads requires a plan.

3. Payment

Plans are paid upfront by card through Stripe, either monthly or yearly.
Monthly plans renew automatically every month on the same date.
Yearly plans cost less per month and are billed once, upfront, for 12 months. They renew automatically after 12 months unless you cancel before then.
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is added where the law requires it.
Work starts once payment is confirmed. If a renewal payment fails, we pause work until it is settled.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Monthly plans: cancel anytime, by email or in your billing portal. The plan runs until the end of the month already paid and is not charged again. We do not refund a month once its first batch is in production.
Yearly plans: paid for the full 12 months and not refundable for unused months. You can move to a higher plan at any time; we credit what is left of your current year.
If we cannot deliver a batch we have been paid for, we refund that batch in full.

5. How work runs

Everything runs in writing: forms, email or WhatsApp. We do not hold calls.
Before we produce anything, we send an angle plan with the angles, hooks and scripts. Production starts once you approve it in writing.
Delivery times count calendar days, weekends included, from your approval of the angle plan and receipt of the materials we need: 7 days for a batch (5 on Elite), 48 hours for a free ad.
We reply to messages within 24 hours, and the same day on Elite.

6. Revisions and remake guarantee

Each batch includes one round of revisions, requested within 7 days of delivery. Revisions adjust the approved idea: text, timing, music, cuts, colours or small visual fixes.
A new idea, a new script or a change to the approved angle plan counts as new work, from your allowance or as an add-on.
Remake guarantee: if you are not happy with a video, we remake it once, free, from the same approved brief.

7. What we need from you

Clear photos of your product and any brand guidelines, and the facts about your product, offer and the claims you are allowed to make.
You confirm you have the rights to the logos, images and materials you send us.
You are responsible for running the ads, for your ad accounts and for the final decision to publish. We check claims and AI labels before delivery, but the advertiser remains responsible for what it publishes.

8. Ad account access

You may give us read-only access to your ads account, so we can see how our creative performs and plan the next batch from real numbers. We never change campaigns, budgets or settings, and never spend on your behalf. You can remove our access at any time.

9. AI-generated content

Our work is made with generative AI. The people shown are AI-generated and are not real customers. Files are delivered with an AI label where the platforms or the law require it, and you agree to keep that label when you publish. We do not make fake testimonials, fake reviews or ads that pretend to show real results.

10. Ownership

Once a batch is paid in full, you own the final delivered files and may use them on any paid or organic channel, without time limits. Drafts, prompts and working files stay ours. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

11. No guarantee of results

We guarantee the work: the agreed files, on time, checked and labelled. We do not guarantee sales, cost per purchase or any other ad result, because those depend on your product, offer, budget and account.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your data, numbers and unreleased products confidential and use them only to deliver the work. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice.

13. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or ad spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes and law

We may update these terms and prices. Changes apply from your next billing date and never to a period you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
